I suggest to put it in app-office/grisbi.

looks like something gtk/gnome, redirecting to the right people

If you don't have time I can check the conformance but I'd like to hand it over our gnome team.

I'm not shure to understand exactly what you mean and what you want I check, but I'm using this ebuild since version 0.4.2 with success on 3 different gentoos...
The gnome support is very light, and will be removed soon to become a gtk only program.
