gfs2-utils-3.1.5.ebuild

I am attaching draft ebuild for new version of gfs2-utils. Current version in portage does not build with new kernels, see bug #455516

Changes in ebuild:

- omit manual creating of 'm4' directory in src_prepare - not needed for proper building anymore;
- drop non-existant --with-kernel configure option(did not find replacement for it in build scripts)
- parallel make broken, added src_compile with emake -j1;

Only got 3.1.3 to compile and it is the one listed by upstream as to be used (see HOMEPAGE). At least it compiles on newer kernels.
