Description Franz Trischberger 2013-02-17 10:38:42 UTC
When chosing any color in kcolordialog's "Recent Colors" palette, this will crash the app:

kde bug report

commit fixing the issue:
https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdelibs/repository/revisions/f3f6b9c7d533c3c03ceb47b9de753c74c4e082b9

I get this crash with both, kde-4.10.0 and 4.9.5. Porting the patch to 4.9.5 should be straight forward - especially if the test is left out ;)

It says it is fixed in 4.10.1 on the KDE committ.

Yes, it says so. But it happens in 4.9.5, too - and it will take some time until we see 4.10 getting stable, so backporting this to current gentoo stable should definitely be done.

4.10.1 is now stable.
