Dybase is an object oriented database written by the same author of Gigabase (ebuild exists for this), and in fact reuses a good chunk of the code from Gigabase. It provides a persistent object storage database for OO languages which impliment dynamic typing (Python, PHP, and Ruby). This is a request for a Dybase ebuild, as Gigabase doesn't do you much good if it's Python that you're mostly working with. :) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 27896 [details] A requested ebuild file for dybase-0.18 package I've written the requested ebuild for dybase (see attachment). You do not have to wait for devs to include it in official portage, you can use PORTDIR_OVERLAY mechanism instead (look in /etc/make.conf). For devs: I suggest classification dev-db/dybase.
dev-db/dybase-0.19 has been added to portage. If you find any problems, please re-open this bug.
