In the line " The openoffice herd is defined in herds.xml by the Gentoo Metastructure Project:", the link of Project is http://devmanual.gentoo.org/proj/en/metastructure, but needs to be http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/metastructure/

I think it is because of relative link instead of absolute
