All of the dev-lang/python ebuilds in the official portage tree don't have epatch_user.

Created attachment 347864 [details, diff] Patch It took me 4 minutes to fix the ebuilds. If a developer did it, fixing and commiting would take 9 minutes max. But it took more than 9 hours.

And we gain a lot of karma too, so we obviously can't be ill.
