This bug will not be fixed. Bug 454414 is an additional bug that occurs when you upgrade. If not upgrading, freebsd-lib fails on x86-fbsd. Maybe, you will see this issue when create a new stage 3. Please see this bug comment 0,1,2. Note, This bug is only reproducible on x86-fbsd.
