nvidia-drivers new 310 series. In this driver release, XvMC is no longer supported, I commented out the parts in the ebuild and they can be removed.

<aaronp__> Correct.  XvMC was only supported on GeForce 6 and 7 series GPUs, which are no longer supported in 310.*.
