Found a missing omxplayer package requirement

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install xmw overlay
2.emerge omxplayer
3.
Actual Results:  
omxplayer fails to compile

Expected Results:  
omxplayer should compile

Seems the package requires dev-libs/boost
