Alpine compiles and works fine without pam
(when the $FILESDIR/2.00-lpam.patch is not applied, of course);
tested on amd64 and x86.

Since the previous alternative mail-client/pine is going to be removed
from portage, please make this pam dependency optional.

(BTW: I have not checked _with_ pam, but I guess if alpine is compiled
with 2.00-lpam.patch it should also have virtual/pam in RDEPEND).

Sorry for that remark - just after posting I realized that I missed
the ${DEPEND} in the beginning of RDPEPEND.


However, my main request of making pam optional remains...
