It's not possible to view the builtin evince help because the help viewer is not installed (and presumably the documentation is also not built).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Start evince
2.  Click Help > Contents
Actual Results:  
Status message:
    There was an error displaying help
    The specified location is not supported

Expected Results:  
Opened help contents
