tracker with USE=eds provides an in-process evolution plugin for indexing emails. Due to API changes in >=evolution-3.5.3, this plugin is completely broken. Upstream has started a new branch in git for updating the plugin, but at the monent, the work is not complete: http://git.gnome.org/browse/tracker/log/?h=evo-new-api If the plugin is not fixed by the time we are ready to unmask eds-3.6/evo-3.6, we will have to mask the eds USE flag for tracker.
