We probably won't add this unless required by a dependency in the tree or when there is popular demand.

Things that need to be fixed:
* ruby19 support
* Tests should be run
* Documentation should be installed
* BINWRAP makes no sense and should be removed
* Slot looks suspicious and may cause confusion later

I've just added rainbow 1.1.4 to the tree since this is now a dependency for app-text/glark.
