mysql-udf-preg ebuild

mysql-udf-preg is a MYSQL User Defiend Function to allow the use of libpcre in MySQL. Attached is a working ebuild and a patch to fix a bug found in the upstream code

Hi!

This bug is several years old, so I'd like to resolve it one way or the other.

This package appears to have been added to the tree as dev-db/lib_mysqludf_preg since this bug was filed, however it currently does not have a maintainer. If you're still interested in maintaining this, can you re-open this bug and I will get it organised through the Proxy Maintainers project[0].

If not, then there's no need for further comment and this bug can remain closed.
