pass validation.

        /usr/share/xfce4/panel-plugins/xfce4-brightness-plugin.desktop: error: file contains group "Xfce Panel", but groups extending the format should start with "X-"
        /usr/share/xfce4/panel-plugins/xfce4-brightness-plugin.desktop: error: first group is not "Desktop Entry"
