After update from dev-cpp/clucene-0.9.21b-r1 to dev-cpp/clucene-2.3.3.4-r3 directory /usr/include/CLucene/ext/boost/ with copy of boost headers was installed. Size of package increased almost twice. I assume clucene bins use internal copy of boost.
