patch for swi-prolog-6.3.0.ebuild

Changes:
- EAPI bumped to 4 to make portage prefix-aware
- some tweaks for ld on Mac OSX
- prefixed libdir
- move econf to src_configure (qa warning)
- emake dies automatically on EAPI=4
- added prefix keywords
