When adding a bug using the "expert" interface, it is possible to add attachments in the same step but it is not possible to set the type of the attachement or the "patch?" flag at the same time.

This means that adding a bug with a patch is always a two step process since you either have to create the bug and then add the attachment or create the bug with the attachement and then go an edit it.
