This patch adds a use-flag to the chromium ebuild, which allows setting the usage of the google native client library (NaCl).

Disabling NaCl is especially important for emerging chromium on ARM, where NaCl is not yet available.

This has been brought up before; phajdan is strongly opposed to it. See bug 392347.

ARM support is an argument I haven't seen before, so I'll leave this open.

This is a duplicate. 

ARM support was also mentioned as an argument in the original bug report, but refused as an argument.
