See following conversation snippet with ssuominen on irc in #gentoo-dev. <johu> ssuominen: bug 425692, there are la files installed with -static-libs. <willikins> johu: https://bugs.gentoo.org/425692 "Stabilize =www-client/httrack-3.45.4"; Gentoo Linux, Keywording and Stabilization; CONF; ssuominen:sping <ryao> We probably could make it better, but the cost to benefit ratio is too high to merit it. <ssuominen> johu: the ebuild also modifies Makefile.in and then runs eautoreconf and overwrites the previous modification, installs all of the documentation to wrong directory, has incorrect dependencies and should generally be started from a scratch. if you want to fix it, do it ;) <ssuominen> johu: otherwise file a bug for sping... i wont have time for this now sorry Beside that arch tests passes on x86.
