Bug 42496 – kbudget-0.5 can't find help page

when starting kbudget it asks if i want to see the tutorial.
when choosing "yes" the kde help system takes a long time to
decide there is no help file. same when trying to start help 
from the application.

For the long delay while loading HelpCenter, Bug http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42469 may be related.

Can you try kbudget-0.6 which I will mark stable on x86 shortly. 

Help works fine for me there.
