Trying to install a new Gentoo system I used gcc-4.6 from the start. Trying to install sys-apps/memtest86+ failed, because only the unstable version 4.20 was fixed for gcc-4.6. Please stabilize =sys-apps/memtest86+-4.20 for gcc-4.6, as that version works fine for me. Version 4.20 last change was the gcc-4.6 fix nearly a year ago and I can see only a feature request bug (Bug 382757) open, but that symlink issue is the same for the current stable 4.00 version. Bug 383271 is related to grub2. That was fixed for 4.20 in Bug 363485 Should this block Bug 418383 (GCC 4.6 stabilization)?
