on cpan we have 4.021 version
but in tree only 4.020 (4.20.0 as gentoo scheme)

I didn't bump it because it fails with USE=embedded

+  Version bump. Fix bug 420245.

I had to install MySQL and create a test database. I have documented in the ebuild how to do so via einfo messages. Tests are not compulsory so I've set a USE flag for those who do not want to run them.

All tests successful.
Files=62, Tests=1420, 40 wallclock secs ( 0.35 usr  0.67 sys +  1.04 cusr  5.83 csys =  7.89 CPU)
Result: PASS
