Patch to avoid cluttering site-packages.

The ebuild installs carbon with a prefix of .../site-packages. This causes the python files to be installed in site-packages/lib, binaries to site-packages/bin and config files to site-packages/conf.

Should be better in 0.9.10. Testing appreciated, as I don't have enough bits installed to sensibly test this.
