Ebuild patch that solves the problem

fpc.cfg and some other files contain paths like
"/var/tmp/portage/dev-lang/fpc-2.6.0/image/{intended path}"
Which affects in, e.g., IDE not being able to find RTL includes using default config.

Fixed in 2.6.2.
