After 'emerge -uND world' (with distcc) nss ebuild not detect arch.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add  FEATURES='distcc-pump distcc'
2. emerge -uND world
3. Disable distcc (FEATURES='-distcc-pump -distcc')
4. emrege -1 nss 

Actual Results:  
 * ERROR: dev-libs/nss-3.13.4 failed (compile phase):
 *   Failed to detect whether your arch is 64bits or 32bits, disable distcc if you're using it, please
