Hi, I do not find cclib in portage and thus make a ebuild for cclib-1.0.1 based on an ebuild I found here <http://gpo.zugaina.org/sci-chemistry/cclib/euscan>. It is the first I wrote, could you please take a look? Thanks!

I've tested it on my Prefix and it works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
ebuild ${PORTDIR_OVERLAY}/sci-chemistry/cclib/cclib-1.0.1.ebuild emerge
Actual Results:  
it works.

Expected Results:  
it works.
