Moderncv saw plenty of updates since last texlive release, so it would be great to have the latest version tree. :] Thanks in advance [21:38] <dilfridge> make a bug, assign it to the tex team, cc me and mention in the bug text that I said that :)... Latest version is included in texlive-2012. :) I consider this fixed.
I'm reopening this bug because there were plenty of changes, including some regressions (see ChangeLog) in the version 1.0.0 (delivered with texlive-2012). This package tends to get outdated pretty fast after release (see also bug #216853 )
moderncv 1.5.1 will be included in soon to be there texlive 2013. closing. if you want to proxy maintain it as a separate ebuild that can easily be updated, please email me (preferably with an ebuild :P), we can arrange something. after all, installing stuff in texmf-site will overlay texlive's packages.
