vlc fails with:

BTW., I did already revdep-rebuild after emerging icu-49.1.1 and I also reemerged vlc.

Try to rebuild qt-core.

Thanks Benjamin,

after reemerging qt-core vlc does no more complain about libicui18n.so.48.

THis is a problem with revdep-rebuild not finding qt-core libs being broken.
