The ebuild is also available in the arx-libertatis overlay at https://github.com/arx/ArxGentoo

Thank you thank you thank you! We were messing about with ebuilds that ran innounp under Wine and it wasn't pretty. Having seen the source for innounp, you are a very brave/crazy man for attempting this.

There is now an app-arch/innoextract ebuild in the portage tree :)
