Patch against ejabberd-2.1.9.ebuild

I have patched ejabberd for using remote roster feature from the spectrum transport project. So far I like it and it works, therefore I am sharing this. It would be nice if it gets pushed into the main ebuild - if not, maybe it's still of help to someone.

ejabberd-2.1 is going to be removed from the tree as soon ejabberd-16.04 is stabilized.
