Portato does not work properly with the current portage and I do not have time to fix it. As I do not think this will change in the future, I suggest to mask and remove portato from the tree.

Oh, that's sad to hear.  I hope things are going well for you and that we'll have you back to work on gentoo projects again soon :)

Sorry to hear that you don't have time to work on Portato right now.

It will probably take me a week or so to get to this, so if another developer wants to do the last rites and masking, that is fine with me.

Bug mails keep flooding me. Could we get this done to be honest to users (as they assume portato will work)?
