This new ebuild has been in the tree for 6 weeks and has no bugs out against
it.  It is part of the xapian suite which I'm asking to be stabilized.  See bug
#402185, bug #402187 and bug #402189.

It seems there's a file collision with xapian-bindings, a common file.
Let this be on 'pause', a fixup  is pending
