Please update the home page field according to bug 274123 to 
http://www.gitorious.org/ogg2mp3/pages/Home . metadata.xml and ebuilds already contains the correct info. I've no idea why eix uses this stale info.

No they don't:

gentoo/cvs/gentoo-x86/media-sound/ogg2mp3 $ ebuildvar HOMEPAGE
  ogg2mp3-0.6.ebuild : HOMEPAGE="http://www.jamesa.com/projects/ogg2mp3/"
ogg2mp3-0.6.1.ebuild : HOMEPAGE="http://www.jamesa.com/projects/ogg2mp3/"

Apparently only metadata.xml was updated and apparently eix does not use that.
