Tony, when you touch it, please take a look at your RDEPEND, from scanelf seems to missing:

Thanks for reporting.  Attaching updated init.d file.

Tony - it's a one liner change at line 6.

There are one or two other bugs.

In particular is_running checks that asterisk is running where it should probably rather check if the wrapper is running, we can then add an extendedstatus (similar to apache) that checks whether ast is actually running, uptime etc ...
