I was not able to turn on russian locale in KDE. I have not found russian language in kde settings. Seems that Gentoo LiveDVD 11.2 doesn't support russian localization of software. I hope that it can be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot Gentoo LiveDVD
2. Open system settings -> locale -> Country Setting & Language in KDE
3. Open Languages tab
Actual Results:  
No russian language in list

Expected Results:  
russian language in list

Russian language pack and about 600MB more in additional languages have been included on the Gentoo 12 LiveDVD.
