For the last two app-office/libreoffice releases, I've had to comment out the following line from the ebuild: use debug && CHECKREQS_DISK_BUILD="15G" || CHECKREQS_DISK_BUILD="9G" because this line is checking for available build space in /tmp instead of in /var/tmp, and consequently is failing the check despite 17GB of build space available. It is not apparent to me why the libreoffice ebuild ends up checking for build space in /tmp rather than /var/tmp, as mail-client/thunderbird works fine although it calls CHECKREQS_DISK_BUILD="4G" (the only other ebuild I build which calls for build space exceeding the 1.6G I have available in /tmp). I'm still not 100% certain where the problem lies here, but it appears to be specific to this ebuild.
