This is due to the new output format of sys-apps/net-tools.

To fix this I had either to:
- add old-output to sys-apps/net-tools useflags for 1.60_p201111202031570500
- or emerge =sys-apps/net-tools-1.60_p20110409135728

I would enforce the useflag until upstream adapt to
