Description Alexandre Rostovtsev (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-11-13 07:50:40 UTC
As of ~November 7 2011, <=papyon-0.5.5 fails to sign in due to inability to handle HTTP redirection for the MSN contacts url (see bug #389941 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/papyon/+bug/887349). Therefore, the stable versions of papyon currently in portage (0.5.4 and 0.5.5) are now basically useless.

Please test and stabilize papyon-0.5.6, which should fix the inability to connect, and a number of other serious bugs besides.
