Please stabilize =dev-lang/nacl-toolchain-newlib-0_p6869-r1, this will be needed for chromium-16.x.

A stable channel release is usually a security update, so I thought that we should allow some more time for this.

Please test, just compile is sufficient IMO.

amd64 ok but it calles gcc directly, minor issue, please fix in next release.
