Please use only global v4l USE flag instead of 3 flags "libv4l libv4l2 v4l".

well, no thanks
v4l(2) works fine and doesnt require an userspace library. libv4l adds more support but standard v4l cards do not require libv4l, i dont see why i should force libv4l

these were merged upstream starting from 2.0 -> fixed

But 2.0 is not released yet, and bug is not fixed in amd64 or ~amd64. I think bug should not be closed until this happens.

having 2 useflags for 2 (similar but) different features isnt a bug anyway :)
