Can't translate from ru to en and from en to cn
That worked in the past

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
echo привет|LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 translate -s google -f ru -t en
Actual Results:  
привет

Expected Results:  
hello

This package currently has no maintianer, so nobody in particular will be working on a fix.  If you come up with one, please attach it here and someone will try and apply it to the package in portage.

Maybe we should treeclean this: upstream isn't maintaining it for ages, nothing in the tree uses it
