Should depend on >=x11-base/xfree-4.2.0, not >=x11-base/xfree-4.2.0-r11.

-r11 is a _new_ revision of it
xfree-4.2.0 can be thought of as -r0

Yes, but the latest is r12, and emerge wants to remove that to merge mozilla.
