ImageMagick configure run fails here with the following message:

configure:20670: checking for lt_dladvise_preload in -lltdl
configure:20751: error: invalid ltdl library directory: `/usr/lib64

Downgrading to libtool-2.4-r1 gets rid of it.  Although only ImageMagick
seems to be affected; all other packages of my world emerge fine with -r2.
