* Deleting selected overlays,...
 * Directory /usr/portage/local/x11 did not exist, no files deleted.

 * CLI: Errors occured processing action delete
 * Exception caught disabling repository 'x11':
 * global name 'false' is not defined

And the repo entry doesn't get removed.

The fix is released in >=layman-2.0.0_rc3.
