ebuild for Class-Accessor-Lite

www-apps/rt-4.0.x has multiple perl dependencies that aren't in gentoo or perl-experimental.  Class-Accessor-Lite is one of them

dev-perl/Class-Accessor-Lite-0.50.0 is in the tree now.
