Build log

Package dev-libs/nss depends on dev-libs/nspr not only on runtime, but on buildtime also.

The error is:
In file included from ../../../dbm/src/db.c:50:0:
../../dist/public/dbm/mcom_db.h:46:21: fatal error: prtypes.h: No such file or directory

Please, add dev-libs/nspr as a buildtime dependency of dev-libs/nss.

Thanks for reporting RDEPEND have been added to DEPEND.
