Initial ebuild for media-gfx/ttfautohint

TTFAutohint is a tangential subproject of Freetype.  It aims to repurpose Freetype's autohinting system to bring the excellent quality of FreeType rendering to platforms which don't use it, and yet also require hinting for text to look good.  The project's homepage is http://www.freetype.org/ttfautohint.

ttfautohint 0.3 has just been released, and fixes a bug wherein a font may become corrupted under certain circumstances.
