lame-3.93.1-3.95.1.diff

Here's my proposed ebuild (diff to previous 3.93.1-r1.ebuild)
No fundamental changes, I tested the options and made little modifications. The
file misc/lameGUI.html was removed as it is an interface to a Visual Basic
script.

I think there's optional support for media-libs/libsndfile, but adding a local
use-flag seemed a bit excessive to me.

I have some difficulty testing the "debug" flag
USE="debug" ebuild lame-3.95.3.ebuild etc...
does not enables the flag, what I'm missing?

Last thing: I don't know if the flag-filtering is still necessary, I can't test it.
