Build log.

Package kde-base/libplasmagenericshell-4.7.0 doesn't build without kde-base/libkworkspace.

The error is:

/var/tmp/portage/kde-base/libplasmagenericshell-4.7.0/work/libplasmagenericshell-4.7.0/libs/plasmagenericshell/backgrounddialog.cpp:33:44: fatal error: kworkspace/screenpreviewwidget.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

/usr/include/kworkspace/screenpreviewwidget.h belongs to kde-base/libkworkspace so I propose to add it as a dependency.
